White Little Circles

Just  a new spa owner question.  I just got out out of the tub and noticed little circles of white film floating on the top of the water.  What are they and how do I remove them.  All my readings are fine ph, chlorine and alkalinity.  The spa is being used twice a day.  Thanks for the help.

you shocked it twice....or added sanitizer ?

What are you using for sanitizer and shock?
