Yeah..technically we were talking about a different sport but in Philly...we'll take it any way we can get it... ;D

My inlaws live in Tampa so I am curious to know who they will be cheering for since they all grew up in Philly...I think blood is probably thicker than bay water....We'll see...it should be fun!

A year ago, Radio stations in Tampa were giving away Ray's tickets and winners wouldn't come pick them up!  I'll be watching, not sure who I'll cheer for till the first pitch.

Heard on the radio today that the average selling price for a World Series ticket in Philly is going for $851.  Too much static to hear what they are selling for in Tampa, but the host said it would be cheaper for people in Philly to fly down to Tampa and buy a ticket.

My son came out with a 1998 Inaugural Season Ball from the Devil Rays.  My brother-in-law sent it to him 10 years ago...Weird that the Phils would now be in the World Series with them. :-?..so I just threw that ball in my woodstove...not that I am superstitious or anything.. :
