Yes you can, I just did.  Used Imgur.

Imgur is free.

Some forums have issues with Imgur but apparently this one doesn't.

Photo bucket used to be free, and then it wasn't, and then they ruined all my pictures with thier tacky water marks, lost maybe 1000 pics in the deal, not doing that again. Some forums I can post pics and some I cant, just the way it is.
