Hot Springs Smart Jet System Problem

I've got a 2003 Tiger River Bengal model M ( made by Hot Springs), It seems my Smart Jet system is not functioning, as I am getting no ability to divert the jet flow as it was originally designed. I currently only have jet pressure to 2 of the 5 seating positions, and no ability to change with the 4 position lever which seats get the jet flow.

Can someone point me to a solution to remedy this problem?

part #71495 which is a diverter valve kit..should be fairly inexpensive, I think they sell at around $20-$25 at most if my memory serves me

If you have trouble getting the diverter out, turn on the jets once the cover is removed and watch it fly like old faithful
