This is our first spa. Decided to go with a smaller one, since we envisioned just the two of us using it (no kids). Wanted to have room for one or two others, if we had guests - which I think we do.
Jacuzzi name ends up being worth something - they stand behind their product, and it is a good product to begin with. I like the logic board for the controls - the economy mode is a great option. Also, at only 220 gallons, it is half the water of many other tubs, so less chemicals, less heat, etc.
We had a minor issue with the temperature sensor and the dealer had a service person out the next day. He replaced the sensor, and left me his cell phone number - said to call him if we had any other issues.
That's what I call service.
The LED lights are great - and sometimes we like not having any lights at all - great system.
