Cal Spas and Watsons have been a pleasure to do business with. Not only were sales staff friendly and helpful in educating us to the differences between spas, they let us wet test it before we bought. The neck and foot jets are simply amazing. This spa has 3 great features - Full foam insulation to keep it efficient, a synthetic cabinet that continues to look awesome(no staining), and a skimmer filtration system that works to perfection.

Pros:
Great foot and neck jets. The best part of the spa seems to be the heat exchanger. My spa has only cost me $15.00 a month to operate. The local dealer has been awesome. We had a problem on July 3rd and they actually came out to my house on July 4th. Great service and commitment from the manufacturer and Watsons.
