I've owned the Chairman ll for almost 2 years. It lives in an unheated building in Nebraska, where temps can reach well below zero. Ratings are 1-10, with 10 being tops. LOUNGER: 9 Built for really, really tall people. Good variety of jets & access to most controls. MAX THERAPY SEAT: 10 The user is surrounded by jets and has access to foot jet (typhoon). Wild horses can't pull you out of here. CORNER SEAT: 9 Get the kinks out of your back here. So much power you almost need seat belts. COOL DOWN SEAT: 9 Four jets for lower back and thighs + foot jet. 2 SIDE SEATS: 7 One jet for lower back + foot jet. TYPHOON JET: 6 Power to burn, but poorly designed. Water shoots straight up & takes your toes with it. I can envision a "foot cave" with jets pumping from above and below. Also, multiple users have trouble getting their feet in the action. WATER CHEMISTRY: 10 Change the Vision cartridge regularly and shock it once in a while and you're good to go. RELIABILITY: 10 Push the button and it goes. This is what you expect and this tub delivers. FIBEROPTIC LIGHT: 8 Light changes from each color of the spectrum. It would be nice to be able to stop on any one color.
OVERVIEW: This tub gets used one hour during a BUSY week, so it shouldn't have any problems yet, and it hasn't. It seems to be built like a battleship and has a good record for reliability; so far, so good. This remains D1's top seller, and I would buy it again.
