This is the cheapest most under engineered spa made ever. I put a down payment on it tried to pull out and couldn't. Please listen to me, run as fast as you can from this product and these people. I owned this spa for 8 months with nothing but problems. I gave it to my son who took it to collage and sold it. You may think I didn't give it a chance, but I did. The customer service was not there and rude to boot.

We bought this spa because they "built" it in Indiana. Come to find out that they only pull the shell and slap on the skirt. The shell blistered and they told me it was chemical damage and that it was my fault? Chemical Damage? How about a cheap shell and cheap fiberglass! Don't buy a spa without a true skimmer filtration, one with a wood skirt. The insulation was fiberglass? The only spa in the world that uses bagged fiberglass for insulation. They told me to go to Lowes to replace my old soggy insulation. Closed cell full foam is the way to go. Buy a quality spa like HotSpring, Sundance, Jucuzzi, or any of the other National Manufacturers. Steer clear of these mom & pop spa assemblers. Pure JUNK!
