Have only had it for a couple of days now, foot jets are so relaxing, the BIG whirlpool jet is amazing, adjustable neck jets make the massage a 10/10! I'm 5'8" and fit comfortably in all the seats, my wife is 5'0" and sits too low in a few of the seats but the seats she sits comfortably in are "perfect" for her (she says). One of those seats does have the adjustable neck jets. The nice about this tub is it works for a family with different heights. We have three kids (8-13) and all are able to sit and enjoy comfortably. We're still trying to get used to diverting the water to certain jets with the different pumps. I really like the ability to change the pressures and flow with all of the pumps. We added the circulation pump with ozone and the crystal FX lighting. I would recommend adding these options - the lights really make the "hot tub experience" at night, and the circ pump / ozone are must haves (IMHO). For those looking for a great hot tub for the family that is well made and fits into the mid 7k price range, I highly recommend the Meridian. And if you happen to be in the So Cal area, please go see JT at the D1 factory (Vista) as he has made the whole experience smooth and painless! Overall a 10/10 !!!
