We shopped for 6 months, including Builders shows and every dealer in this area. Dealer (Crystal Pools) has been around 40+ years, low pressure sales, they let the product sell itself. Tub was delivered Thursday, we have been in it since and I can honestly find no problems. I am absolutely pleased and would highly recommend. 3 members of my family are over 6'4" and this tub is deep enough for all of us. The foot jets are wonderful and each seat addresses a different part of the back and shoulders. Price included cover, lifter, chemicals, setup, everything but the steps, which I built myself for $14. We preferred the Jacuzzi over the Master, (our other finalist) because the jets were gentler and not so hard on the skin. Plenty of power though with the air added. Did the concrete pad myself ($200) and paid an electrician $385 for all the wiring.
