We took delivery of our First / New Vita Spa Nuage model about 3 weeks ago. So far everythign is working flawlessly. There is a great variety of jets so you never get bored with any particular seat. The Spa comfortable holds 4-5 comfortable, but you can hold the advertised 7 if you are friendly.
My dealer has been awesomw throughout theh process, from answering all of our dumb questions, through arranging wet tests of 4 different models. We were also considerign a discounter or Costco, but opted for the dealer route due to his support and references abotu his after sale service. (West Palm Beach Vita Spa Factory Outlet Store).
