Only a year ago I was in the market for a hot tub, I narrowed my search down to 2 manufactures. Beachcomber and Polar Spas. I chose the Polar for the better sound system and differenct placement of jets. Now less that a year with my Polar Spa, the ozonator has died, and polar will not cover it under warranty. $12,000 CDN tub, no coverage for a $150 part - get REAL polar spas.
Lesson learned - customer service IS important, check into it.
GREAT TUB - VERY POOR SERVICE
In my serveral call to Polar Spas, they said they could do nothing for me, and at the end of the conversation with Mar...., I told he maybe I should mave bought a beachcomber, she said "Maybe you should have had"
How's that for customer service!
