My favorite part of life is when I can eat good food and relax at home. I wanted to find a hot tub that really helped me relax at night so I did my shopping around and research. Top "must haves" on my list.. must have a product thats made in the USA, must have a hot tub thats from a business thats been around a long time, must have a hot tub that has comfortable seating, must have a hot tub from a company that has good customer service during my buying process and afterwards. Spa Manufacturers hit every single mark on my must have list. They are the only company that hit the marks. I was very impressed by the kindness of the staff there, even the delivery guys loading up their hot tubs for the day stopped to say hello to me as I walked up! I never felt ignored, I was asked if I was being helped as I looked around. I felt so welcomed and even Newman the big grey cat made sure to say hello to me. Happy staff, happy cats, means a happy place to be! I LOVE MY HOT TUB!
