I did a lot of comparison shopping prior to this purchase. I compared Hot Springs, Tiger River and Jazuzzi spas. For the money, I got much more from Royal Spa. When I compared features, ozone, lighting, water effects, steps, cover lifter, etc, I got much for for my money.
I have had a few small warranty issues. I jet came apart, 2 leds failed. However, Royal spa quickly dispatched a service tech and they were fixed without issue. (the jet failure was a issue that cropped up in many spas)
The sales experience was normal. They did call a few times while I was deciding and lowered the price a bit.
I do like the fact that the manufacturer is one hour away and they do know how the spa is made, etc.
