Salesman led us to the spa for wet testing, then gave us a 30 sec. crash course on how to operate it and went back to his office. That's no pressure sales. lol. The lounger was a good fit for all three of us (wife & son) but we still floated out, which was a big disapointment. The two corner bucket seats had ok pressure coming out of them but sitting in them and keeping your neck back in the neck collar was the most uncomfortable feeling in any spa we've wet tested. You almost had to strain your neck upwards to get your head in place just to get the action of the neck jets. You SHOULD be able to just lay back, relax and fogetaboutit. Seating was not the most comfortable and there were no foot jets either. All three of us had the feeling of trying to hold ourselves back in the seats. After we got out of the spa and toweled off, the salesman waived at us from behind his desk and said bye now. That was weird.
