wish I had bought a Hotspring spa, my friend has one and it costs him much less to operate and he has never had a problem, I have had my tub for about a year and it has never operated like it is supposed to

Pros:

Lots of power,lost of jets

Cons:

costs $100 a month to operate in the winter, cant hear over the pumps it's so loud, service is unacceptable

This is the best spa I could find for the money I spent! It was one of the only spas in this range with a 4 pump system (3 for therapy and 1 circ.) with no diverters used! Microban Shell (anti bacterial). In addition they offer either Full Foam of thermal seal insulation so you can pick and choose.
Good looking tub with a great feel!

Pros:

4 pump system, no diverters Microban Shell (anti bacterial). Choice of either Full Foam of thermal blanket insulation. Waterfall that "hides filter"

Cons:

Fiber optics lights protrude into tub and look like they'd be unconfortable leaning against them. Maybe a little louder than some of the other spas!
