Excellent Customer Service
Originally ordered an Everyday 530z through a local garden centre in Sept 05. Salesman contacted me frequently for the next 2 months, explaining that the Marquis supplier was out of stock and had to ship in more from the States.
Patience finally ran out when I was told the tub had been shipped to Germany in error. I told the salesman I wanted to cancel my order. He contacted the Marquis supplier and rather than tarnish their reputation, they substituted the missing 530z with the Reward at no extra cost. In the UK the Reward is £3000 ($5000) more than the 530z. Quite a deal and remarkable customer service from Marquis.
Seating
Members of the family like the variety of seating heights, and moving around the different postions allows for cooling off when desired.
Although classed as a six seater, the Tri-Zone system means that only certain jet groups can be run at the same time thereby depriving some of therapy jets if you have a tub full of people. Floor area certainly big enough for six pairs of feet. Lounger comfortable with surprisingly good arm rests
Water Cleanliness
Smart Logic filtration runs immediate after use, whilst any nasties are still suspended in the water. Several filter cycles available and easy to change. Settings can be locked.
Pumps/Jets
Two beefy pumps provide good variety of therapy alll round the tub. Reasonably quiet running. Neck jets located above waterline so a bit noisy/splashy when switched on. Swirly jets superb for lower back massage. Foot jets reachable from 3 seats.
Low Maintenance
Looking foward to many years of NOT having to stain/protect the skirt.
