I have only had my spa for a couple of months. I will begin by saying my dealer was excellent. He was knowledgeable and helpful with out being pushy or putting down the other brands/dealers in my area.
I would recommend Hot Spring to anyone.
I shopped for a couple of months. I have to be honest and say that it was a tough decision. I asked (what it felt like) a hundred questions. I read up on forums, like the one on this site. I read and re-read brochures until I had them memorized. I wet tested and wet tested!
After all was said and done, I went with the spa that I had originally started looking at. The Hot Spring Vanguard had everything I was looking for.

Easy to maintain, easy to use controls, cost efficient, jets--enough power without overwhelming, two moto-massage seats--one for him and one for me!
