Pitiful... Read the other 1-star reviews and mine is nearly identical. The salt system doesn't work worth a nickel. The customer service at Watkins Wellness, the manufacturer, is non-existent. Just plain awful. Never again am I going to buy anything made by Watkins! Pitiful!
