I was given this spa as a Christmas gift last year from my Fiance. We have had absolutely no problems. We enjoy using this spa every chance we get. The seating and lounger are incredibly comfortable and the placement of the jets offer the utmost in therapy and relaxation. We have been pleasantly surprised at how cost effecient it is to run this tub year round. Compared to other brands with the same or close to the same features, Garden Leisures lower price structure was very impressive. I would highly recommend this spa to others.
