After several months of research, we settled on this model after seeing it in our pool store. We wet tested Marquis, HS, Master Spas, Vita and D1. We found this model had everything we wanted, 8'x8', plenty of power and jets, ozonater, and a real wood cabinet (I know, I'll hate it in a year Mr. Master Spa). It had all the features of the others and quite frankly I was more comfortable in it, that coupled with the $2-3000 left in my pocket that I didn't spend on the other brands made it seem like a real bargain. I researched most of the boards and noone had anything negative to say about Emerald so we pulled the trigger. After about two and a half weeks worth of soaking I think we made the right decision.
