Only owned it for 1 week. I'M 6'4" tall and my wife is 5'4" tall. We looked at other tubs, but either they were too short for me or my wife would drown. We both found seats in the Diplomat that fit us. Different seats also have jets that hit all parts, from neck to toes. The Neck Flex is what i really like. It adjusts upand down and we both use it to massage our neck and shoulders. Although it's notg a party tub, it's perfect for my wife and me.

Pros:
Dual speed pumps and all jets are adjustable. The corner seat is great if you are tall.
Cons:
Can't see the temp unless you remove the cover which is minor. |

We love this spa....the loungers are perfectly formed ...one for a woman and the other for a man's body. The hydrotherapy is just incredible and adjustable for the intensity that is comfortable for you. Customer service with this company is top notch.
