The spa broke, no big deal, i had a buddy fix the leaks and replaced the pump. I mean this happens right?
The cover was shot in 1 year so i went to replace it and because of the stupid hump on one side of the spa they wanted $1000.00 for a cover, The guy said if it was a regular square spa it would only be $350 bucks! Why in the HELL do they do that???

I used to have a Jacuzzi, i bought it years back because of the Name, i found out that all they ahve been doing is riding the coat tails of that name with a lousy product. |

We ordered the hot tub on October 6th at which time we were told it should only take 2 weeks for delivery. The spa was not delivered until November 14th, six weeks later!
I went to the woodlands store that same weekend to get the water tested, at which time I ordered a Jacuzzi step which was two steps high. At the same time, 2 Jacuzzi towels were ordered that were promised to be delivered with the spa and weren’t. I stopped by the store 2 weeks later to pick up the towels and steps only to find that the steps had not been ordered! After repeated calls and trips to the woodlands store, one month after I asked them to order the steps, the steps we received were wrong!
On December 21st we walked out to the spa only to find that it wasn’t working. I phoned the service department on the Monday morning of Dec 22nd and told the tech that there was an error code of 4 dashes. I also mentioned that the cover had a broken strap on one of the corners. He told me that he would have someone call me that day. That evening I called back to find out why no one had called back. I spoke to Sue who told me that the service order hadn’t even been placed yet! One Tuesday the 23rd someone called and made an appointment for Wednesday the 24th! A technician arrived at our home, walked over to the spa, looked at the display and said “yep it’s broken”! He said the parts would be ordered and someone would get back to us. On January 6th we find out that the part has just been ordered and is on back order!!! Promised parts would ship January 12 – we just got told – part came in and the ran out – part is backordered again
Best case scenario the part will be installed by January 31st , leaving us with a spa that has been broken 41 out of the 60 days we have had it!
Your salesman made many references to the fact that Jacuzzi was the best in the business and that TexSun was a reputable dealer and service provider. The above description of our experience with TexSun has been the worst ever! We have a $11,000 spa purchased from TexSun that has become a nightmare for us!
