ThermoSpas has several size spas and each model also comes in at least 4 different configurations so that you can choose how many jets you want and how much you want to spend. Our Concord is a 4-person model and the Elite is in their Designer series. It has 2 Captain's Chairs with wrap-around armrests. The love seat and Therapy seat face each other and include a V-shaped footwell with foot/calf jets that really feel great. The case is made of 2x6 construction and is very strong. Cabinetry is of ThermoBoard no maintainence reversible panels (8) that open for repair access. UL/ASTM cover included. Soundproof blowers and pumps, and full Titanium Heater. Digital Controls backlit and include locking security mode, regular and economy modes, buttons for 2 pumps, light, blower, temp up and down, clock and mode/program. Protective Top Rail, Adjustable jet valves on each seatmanifold plumbing system, pumps w/Viton seals and they turn off automatically after either 15 or 30 minutes. We have been very happy that we went with a, custom made, Concord ThermoSpa! And after the small plumbing leak and the ability to upgrade to more jets/features in the future, I am really glad that ThermoSpas DO NOT use solid foam insulation!!!

-good deep chair like seats (not low, so you can stand up easier.)
-75 total jets (51 water, 24 air)

-NOT full foam but fully insulated, easy to get to all spa parts if needed.

- one small jet tube connection leak, quick fix by telephone help. They also sent out a repairman to verify that leak was fully corrected (which it was) |
