I dealt in Charisma Spas a few years ago. The Product was OK, good value for buck spent, but they did have their problems! Then the management was toatally uncooperative. I found that they would lie to me and my customers, and say pretty much anythihng to get off the phone. They even promised my customer a free warranty replacement spa, and them when I asked about it, they laughed at me. The owner Ron doesn't want to hear anything bad and will tend to blow you off, but the GM, Carl is just a habitual liar. I cut a deal with them to do a toatl warranty replumb on a customers spa, just to save face, if they woud agree to send me the parts and labor. After agreeing, they put together a box of non-related junk and sent it to me, then told me they could not afford to replace the parts nor woud they compensate me for their labor. Told me their export business was so good, they didn't need American dealers any more anyway. I lost thousands doing what should have been warrantied work for my customers at my expense and dropped them from my offerings. I know of many other dealers that have done the same. Shame is, if they would have honored their warranties, the product wasn't all that bad. Just poor businessmen out for the short buck. I hope never to deal with people like Ron and Carl again.

Pros:
Product was decent and well designed. Equipment and controls was excellent. Left room for a decent resale profit.
Cons:
Wood cabinetry didn't last very long, poorly made. Assembly (joints, fittings, piping, had poor quality control. Could never trust any information you got from management. They would tell you product was en-route when it hadn't even been manufactured yet. They would out right lie to my customers and myself, smearing my reputation by association. |

I BOUGHT THIS SPA AND HAVE HAD GREAT LUCK WITH IT, WITH ONE EXCEPTION. DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE IS AWFUL. THEY ARE HORRIBLE WITH CUSTOMERS. THE OWNER RON, HES THE WORST OF ALL. TOLD ME WHEN TRYING TO GET SOME INFO ON A PART FOR IT THAT I AS THE CUSTOMER WASNT WORTH HIS TIME, AND THAT I SHOULD STOP CALLING HIS PEOPLE. I HAVE NOTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT THERE PEOPLE.
