i had a small leak while still under warranty, salesman said charisma will pay up to 45$ an hour to fix. Had it fixed,sent bill into Charisma and they havent reimbursted me a dime for work done...after many conversations with them about it, the owner , Ron, told me that his employees that handle customer service dont want to talk to me anymore and that i should stop harrassing them...So if you buy a tub from here,beware, it comes with no warranty......
