We have noticed that there is no decline in jet flow when all jets are turned on maximum as there are 2-single-speed ReliaFlo 2.0 HP pumps. There are 31 jets which we find more than adequate along with 10 Euro jets. We tend to use less chemicals than we did with our old spa (Dimension I) and seem to be able to stabilize the levels much easier. This may be contributed to the Nature II silver cartridges and the Monarch Ozonator that we added to our package. We looked long and hard for a reputable company that would not only sell us a quality tub; but also offer a quality customer service followup as needed. We ended up choosing Swimming Pool Services in Waukesha, WI and received the opportunity to wet test one of their tubs; but also were clued into the fact that there was a website to read all of the reviews on hot tubs. We spent literally 9 hours reading the reviews of consumers, installers, repairman, and retailers. After much consideration and comparisons of the forum info, we decided that the Caldra was not top of the line (but ran a close second) to Hot Springs; and was more reasonably priced to sell. We have been very pleased with our choice of the Hawaiian and thank Swimming Pool Services for their outstanding continued service. Any questions we have, their experts have been able to adequately answer, and they have been just great about water testing upon request. I have referred many of my friends to Swimming Pool Services because I believe in the products they promote.

This spa offers 7-man seating, plenty of jet power, easy installation, excellent warranty, durable materials. Quality made product mechanically and cosmetically. Attractive exterior cabinet.
