We've had the spa about a month and are happy with it so far. Like another reviewer at this site, my husband is about 5'10 and I'm only 5' tall, so I was concerned about whether the seats would be okay for me. Not a problem in the Bahia. All of the seats are comfortable. I've been pleasantly surprised at the range of settings available. And I LOVE the foot jets. Our only complaint to present is a foaming problem that we have had since week 2 and have been working with our dealer to resolve. I would recommend this spa to anyone, and especially those like us who were buying their first time spa.

Pros:
Nice sized tub, with good number of jets and lots of power for the $$. Love the foot jets!. Comfortable seating - all the seats serve a good purpose. Nice looking spa, especially for a "basic" model.

PLENTY OF ROOM FOR 5+ PEOPLE. SUPER POWERFUL JETS. GREAT FOOT MASSAGE. BEST SPA FOR THE BUCKS. I WAS TEMPTED BY THE SUNDANCE LINE, BUT DIDN'T WANT TO PAY MORE FOR THE BETTER WARRANTY ON THE SAME COMPONENTS. JACUZZI, DIMENSION ONE, SUNDANCE AND SWEETWATER ARE ALL MADE BY THE SAME COMPANY WITH MOST OF THE SAME INTERNAL COMPONENTS .... SO I HAVE BEEN TOLD, ANYWAY.
I WAS SUPRIZED BY THE $800 IT COST FOR AN ELECTRICIAN TO HOOK IT UP THOUGH AND MY HOUSE IS NEW CONSTRUCTION!!

Overall, I would do lots of wet testing, and make sure thi s is what you want and that you are going to be comfortal with it.

We bought the tub after doing several wet test, and we were impressed Seating and the Jets, did not feel squeesd in have plenty of room to move around!! and Also it suit are needs.

I would not purchase the Stereo!! Waste of money!!, bring your own stereo out, its a lot cheaper!! that My opinon |

We bought the Bahia because of price, size, and the foot jets. As it turns out, we don't like the large mound in the middle of the floor that the foot jets are mounted in, as we feel it's a trip hazzard. Overall, this has been a great tub. We installed it outside, and Ohio winters are cold. We only saw a difference in our electric bill of about $10 per month.

My wife, my son and myself wet tested this tub and found all seating arraingements in this tub to be very comfortable for the three of us, and considering that my wife is a shortie at 5ft tall and my son being 5'10" and me at 5'9" that's saying quite a bit. Usually, either she doesn't fit and we do or the opposite. My wife usually has a difficult time trying not to get blown out of the seats and since this model has the mound in the footwell with jets... she's able to rest her feet on it to keep her in the seat and not to mention the great foot massage these jets put out. We liked this tub as much as the Optima (which we wet tested as well) but for 2 grand less - you can't go wrong.
