I purchased a Sundance Altamar in 2003. We need a hot tub for our family. My husband has back problems and has had back surgery. My son has frequent sinus headaches. We have loved our Altamar since we bought it. We have loved it so much that we will buy a newer version of the Altamar in the next few years.
The jets have great power that can be turned down if I need to. The foot jets are strong and powerful which is great. I don't want my feet tickled in the hot tub. The water is easy to take care of because we went to the classes that Mirage gives on how to take care of our tub. The quality of the stereo is really good and we use it when we do yardwork in the backyard. Then afterwards we have to use the tub because we hurt so much from working on the yard :). The cost per month on the electricity is lower than I expected of about $12 per month and that is keeping it at 104 all the time.
