had tub for 10 months with no problems or complaints. use every day sometimes twice. very good size will hold 6 adults without stacking people on each other or having to touch each other. paid cash 4600.00 delivered with chemicals for startup,stairs and cover. seemed like a square deal after looking at over 15 other brands from the el cheapo to the cadillac. all in all very pleased with this tub.
