I guess he's to busy suing Cal Spa, or some Cal Spa dealer to bother with his crusade to get ETL listed.

When was that supposed to happen, two months ago he was saying he'd be listed by the end of the week?

I think the term is "getting sued". It seems his mouth and propensity to stretch the truth a bit has gotten him in trouble yet again. The good news is the US Court System has instituted a "frequent flyer" system and Jim has just become a Gold Member due to how often people have to take him to court because of his irresponsible nature. His court fees will be 20% off from now on and he can eat in the special cafeteria.

Wow, talk about a spin doctor!  From what I read on his BB, is sounds like he's on some sacred crusade to put Cal Spa in their place.  Didn't know it was the other way around.
