I was getting my water tested a couple of weeks ago and was mentioning to the dealer that with the weather so cold lately I find the skirt on my cover very brittle.  He siad there might be moisture in it that has frozen and told me he would send out his guys with a new cover.  Sure enough I was away this week and came home to a brand new cover on my 2 year old Beachcomber, that's what I call service.

That's a dealer who will be around for awhile. The industry needs more of them.

I am sure there are others out there with similar stories of great customer service,, why do we not hear more of them I wonder?  The forum needs a dealer feedback section maybe.  It would be nice to see posts of a positive nature, for any first timer on this forum especially lately they may think the Hottub experience might not be worth it.

I've been working on one. The problem as I envision it, most posts will be negative (in an attempt to "blackmail" the dealer to fix something or compensating for something.)
If you can't sell it on eBay, it may not even qualify as landfill.

Retired (mostly) from the industry after 33 years...but still putzing around with a consumer information website, and trying to sell obsolete owners manuals

Herein lies the problem- human nature------- you do a go deed, customer tells no one... you cross a customer and they tell everyone who'll listen.
