how long?

my wife had to have this thermospa... i'm not so sure since we didn't wet test the model we purchased. how long do i need to keep it before i could trade it in for another model.

Your tub or your wife?  Trading in the tub might provide a short-term fix, but trading in the wife would reap many more benefits over the long term...

oh wait I just finished reading more than the post.  I think that you can trade your tub in anytime.  Are you asking about switching to another brand or another thermospa.  I have heard nasty things about that company, and I do not think customer service is at the for front.

I have a Thermospa Park Avenue tub.  I don't want to trade it in of course, but I read on Thermospas website that you can trade it in, in the first year, but they will take 25% off of the purchase price as a trad in.  I could be wrong but check their website or call them.

i think i just might do that. although their sales practices are suspect and their tubs may be a tad expensive. i did visit the warehouse and they make a quality hot tub...
