I'm ok with the Accolade not fitting the majority of the population.  If you believe the news the majority of the population is overweight with a fat posterior and needs a bigger tub.  I thought maybe there was some mechanical issue.

The Accolade was a nice spa.  The 2 people I sold them to really love them.  I liked the one I had at the store and used it often, but most people want the MotoMassage, so I sell a lot of Envoys.  Just sold another one about 5 minutes ago. :D

Now I'm curious, what does an Accolade look like?

I think "what did an accolade look like" might be more appropriate, unless you are buying used or perhaps the last few sitting on dealers floor somewhere. No longer an option on the Hot Springs web site.

Don't know if the link will still work.

Great looking spa. I really like the vertical siding. I wonder if that will be the standard for HS in the future for all their models?

About $10K, this is about the price of a Cameo with a Stereo.  Assuming it is competing with that spa.  Very surprised Hotspring went to a factory installed stereo.  Must have finally realized no one wanted to spend $2k on some transducers.

Surely this spa can't be $10K. Am I the only one who thinks it's overpriced? Don't get me wrong it is a Hotspring and has alot of features, but $10K for a non-8ft spa that seats 4. Noway.

It will accomodate up to thirty five people. Unless some of them want to sit down...

Or, it will accomodate one man and six lovely ladies.

Or, it will accomodate ten people, in two layers of five each.

Actually, it will fit five with no problem. Yes, it has four seats with full jet action, and one cooling bench.

That's only $2000 per person. What's the big deal?

No, I was laughing because it takes 3 of your jets to equal 1 of mine.

This tub isn't even out yet, I posted it so people could have a heads up on what is comming out later this fall.  I do like lots of jets, mine doesn't have that many either.  You can laugh all you want but it doesn't make 1 of your jets equal 3 of another brand.  I am sure this will be a good seller for Costco.  I am not in the market for a tub, happy with what I have for now.

All the negativity? I said to my sales manager, "we should probably bring one of them Aria's in." He said," It's done and on it's way." Glad I didn't say not to get it. Oh what the hell. We'll sell it. Price is up there though.
Jeese, people will pay $12,000. for a Thermo-duster, it's not a stretch.

The lounger looks like it is a bit of an upgrade over the Vista and Envoy with the leg jets. Is it possible they are upgrading the 2007 line to include jets in the loungers? How about throwing in some wrist jets too?

By all means, continue to offer input and suggestions.  These transmissions are being monitored by Those That Sit in the Highest Seats and all correspondence is analyzed and disseminated accordingly throughout the Empire.  Your voice is being heard.

I will personally have to see one in person, kick it, jump on it, and give it a test run before I can offer any sort of feedback for ya'll.  I would imagine that there will probably be a few more changes to coincide with our 30th anniversary celebration.

In the mean time, an AutoFresh System is being transported to my location for installation and online review.

I have to go to a funeral now, but will hopefully return soon.

Terminator (The Mournful) :'(

Term, did you ever get a chance to kick it, jump on it, and give it a test run?  I would love to hear your comments as you seem to be an experience HotSprings dealer.  Thanks in  advance.

Why didn't HS add some thigh jets (for jocks with hamstring problems) to the Aria lounge? In fact, HS as well as most mfgs have very few thigh jets in any of their models. Why is this as it seems that muscle group needs as much therapy if not more than the calves? I think that is a major oversight on the part of a lot of spa companies.

Conversely, the Costco Platinum III once again looks great on paper. Actually, this is HydroSpa's Sterling Leisure line - Desire model  - which has an MSRP of $9895 (quoted directly by Hydrospa) but could probably be purchased at $8k at a dealer? It will be interesting to see what Costco will sell it for, but if I heard correctly, will retail for about $5k. Now what you have to ask yourself is the difference simply dealer markup or a difference in mfg components, process, etc?.
