I live in France and have a D1 Diplomat and I can tell you that all the american spas sold here are the same than US except electrical system of course: 220v/50hz

Yes, some of the HS spas sold in Europe have different siding designs than the US versions. The Costco model 'Highlife' has that siding.

I have seen Solana spas in England which had wooden siding, and I have seen spas in other European cities which have the design shown on the website you posted.

I live here in europe ( denmark) and the spa you you have seen in the netherland is a vista, here in europe called summit while it is 22ov 50 hz, I been told by my lokal dealer that it is a summit which comes to europe without sidewalls and then there is a desighner that makes the sidewalls in teak tree and in the teak it is named sanum by hotspring.

the price is 19000,00 eu

i payed 15000,00 eu for my summit  (vista) 14 days ago, i think thats a lot.

in 2003 when I got my hs landmark the price was 25000,00 eu

yes thats right, but the bubbles in our beer is not as good as the bubbles in a spa

Watkins does have a few different products across the pond.  That is a teak sided spa they offer over there.  Its definitely not the same as the Highlife at Costco.com

Ok, it's a mistake, not all american spas, however the DI are the same (i'm sure!)
Diplomat is around 14000€ here

There are lots of options for Europeans from Hot Spring.  I think there is one country that still sells the round Summit.
