Hey Term, I take it you were at the 500. I was there too. I wish I knew you were going to be there. I could have introduced you to my new hydrotherepy technician. She has a thing for guys with shaved heads though. So maybe it was a good thing you guys didn't meet afterall. Oh well, there's always next year. Lookin' forward to the pics. Talk to later, Chad

'Twere a fun-filled week!  I took a couple of days off after selling 24 spas in the last 3 weeks so I would be fresh for Alley Fest.  One of the people that bought a spa from me is the regional rep for Segway.  He brought up the notion of us selling them at our stores, so he brought one out for me to try.  He also loaned us a couple to use during the Alley Fest:

Those things are amazing!  I'm never going to walk again.  It was the best time I ever had standing up (except for one time in a phone booth).

Whilst we were galavanting about the parking lot, one of my customers stopped by to show me his latest creation.  Bob Benson makes hand carved rocking chairs for folks and he had just finished one for the singer Clay Walker:

He's done chairs for everyone from Tom Landry to President George W. Bush.

The fire department filled up our 5 spas with water that evidently came straight out of the Ganges:

It took dang near an hour to get the water clear, but the HotSpring Exclusive 100% No-Bypass Filtration amazed everyone!  The brand new filters looked like this:

But the water looked like this in no time:

Beer......check:

Cigars.....check:

Hydrotherapy technicians.....check:

It was showtime!

Officer Krc and the lovely Tracy the Nurse (Country Boy's woman) stopped to visit.  Officer Krc and I played foosball in high school and so we loaned him a Segway to use on patrol:

Jennifer and Blake (our neighbors) stopped by.  I tried to get Jennifer to work as a hydrotherapy technician, but she is a bit prudish and demurely declined:

Bart and I hopped on the Segways and went cruising for chicks.  We drag raced against some folks in wheelchairs and Rascals, kicked everyone's behind:

Noticed a commotion behind the tent.  It turned out to be the local Sunbelt and Dynasty dealers fighting over our scraps:

Alley Fest had their biggest Friday night crowd ever as the street was packed with folks wanting to see KISS Army:

They put on a good show.  I got the girls down at the front of the stage and they got some pics with the band.  I'll post them when I get them:

We cranked up the stereo in the HotSpring Aria 30th Anniversary model.  Teresa and Holly started putting on a show:

Lot's of folks stopped by to take pictures:

Ramblin' Ronnie, East Texas Spa's service technician and Southern gent, introduced himself to Teresa:

This fella absolutely LOVED the Aria:

Things started getting a little out of hand, so I'd better not post anymore pics of what happened Friday night.

Saturday, Ashley and Britney came over and we spent ALL day at the Alley Fest...

I finally got all the girls out of bed and back to work at noon on Saturday.  They were pretty well-behaved most of the day:

Someone had turned all of the spas up to 108 during the night, so the Ice Boy had to cool 'em down:

Walking is so 20th century:

Holly and Ashley wanted to work on their tans, so I picked up the Solana TX and put it in the sun for them:

The girls were hungry, so I got them some cheese and croutons from Johnny Cace's Seafood booth.  It's so delicious it's like an orgasm in a styrofoam box:

Ashley got out to stretch her legs:

Holly showed us her new tattoo of a duck:

One of my customers who is an engineer brought one of the bikes he's modified up to the Alley Fest:

The folks in the beer tent next to us had the biggest dadgum pizza I'd ever seen:

A beautimous rainbow appeared and I knew that He was well pleased with our effort towards helping our fellow men:

Two other foosball teammates of mine stopped by.  The one on the left is an engineer, the one on the right is a scientist:

The place was absolutely packed to hear the Little River Band on Saturday night:

;D  Nice attempt to slip that one by us!

By the way Chris, Mary Spies' kid won another race this past weekend and is currently leading the championship.  Assuming he wins it again she may be spending his bonus on a few more hot tubs this fall!  8-)

The Segway's are great fun!  We tried them in Nassau last Month. Of course, we had the more manly off-road version

All of them hard-working college students.  Holly goes to aesthetics school in Dallas, Theresa is at Stephen F. Austin, Ashley attends Tyler Junior College....not sure where Britney goes.  She don't say much.

I'll try to find a picture of my 48-yr old, 240 lb former hydrotherapy technician that worked the fair for me a couple of years ago.  She drives a big extended cab pickup.

I'm of the belief that women don't need to be 14 and anorexic to be beautiful so sure, post away.

Agree - however the hot tub techs in Term's pictures looked to be of legal age and HOT!
