A
flake
?!?!
I just drove through a blinkin' blizzard today! And it's still coming down.
Can't believe it! Here we are only October 12th and there's white stuff on the ground already.
I thought for sure my tub would arrive before I had to worry about shovelling!

Snow hit here yesterday around 4:00, and it's snowing right now. Light snow, and it's melting as it hits the ground, but snow nonetheless.

My wife's addicted to the weather channel :-? (ya, we know how to party!) so I knew that this was coming.
Dumb big dip in the jet stream is yanking all the arctic air into SW Ontario and some of the northern States.
When it hits the Great Lakes *POOF!* instant snow. Not too worried; it should all be gone by the weekend.
Florida's looking pretty sweet right now though! 8-)

That darn Arctic. They cause all the problems! (40 currently in Chicago, with a couple of flakes - no, not me - with 50's predicted the next 3 days)

let me clarify: I'm referring to COLD air from the Tundra regions, not all the HOT air from Arctic dealers.
(HA! Couldn't resist!)
Sorry to all the *millions* of Arctic dealers and owners out there whom I've just offended. I promise to poke fun at one of your competitors next time!

Well, first off I don't think there's millions of us out here; er, maybe less than a hundred? Anyway, I like your sense of humor water. You zapped me twice, one for Arctic and even one for the Tundra! Nicely done, except I bit you to the punch. Nothing like a bit of self-depricating humor!

There was snow on my car this morning and we delivered a hot tub into a screened-in porch this morning with snow on the ground.
I smashed my fingers and it didn't even hurt because it was only 25 out.

"Cold front" came through town last night. Currently sunny and an unreasonably brisk 68° here.
Might have to break out the parka...
