« on: October 02, 2006, 02:59:54 pm »
I got a quote of $9K for a Caldera Tahitian which includes the usual delivery, step, cover, chemicals for a month, dealer said that MSRP was $10.3
I would really like to get the tub, but would like to getting some feedback on whether this is a good price?

We've had ours for 6 weeks now. Pending where you are will set the price. In Massachusetts we paid 7995.00. This included delivery, setup, cover w/assisted cover lifter, chemicals, extra filter, 48" steps and an installation crew that was outstanding. They filled it and started my chemicals for us. Its been an outstanding tub and is very powerful depending where you have the diverter valves set. It does wonders for you sore spots and then some. You will love it.

Bosox...............Maybe I should change my user id now to Pats.....

I've had mine for 2weeks now.  Love it.  I also paid $7999.00.  This included cover, lifter, set-up, chemicals, steps, and delivery.  This was bought in Maine.  It is a 2006 model.  Hope this helps.  Good Luck, Bill
P.S.  Bosox, I think a name change is in order!!!!!

We paid $7499 for our 06 Geneva although we did get $1000 off since it was a wet floor model.  At $8499 the Geneva still is several hundred dollars over the Tahitian.  I think you should be in the $8K range.

Seems like you have some hearty negotiations to begin!!!  ;)

Good luck!

$8K for a Tahitian seems like a super price.  Retail price probably is around $10,300 like the dealer said.
