Well Pete, welcome to the forum. As you can see, it's very visited by a lot of spa dealers and spa owners. The fact that no one has answered your question in over 24 hours should say something. :-/
I would figure out what budget you have to work with, and then post that budget and ask for advice on more well known spa brands in that price range.
Sometimes pool builders "ins" can be in the form of a kickback. I "refer" people all the time to a landscaper we work with, and I get 5 %, plus my company gets 5%. Doesn't seem like much, until they're doing a 30K job, then it's an extra 3K outta pocket in kickbacks.
