I guess you had to bypass the "no bypass filtration system"

He does, there is a Hobbit on the 8th step holding in the fullfoam cause there is not spapad attached.

And it certainly looks like you had yoru engineers out thier earlier to ensure the deck could support the tub.

Tony (on the left) has the spa strapped to his back and is carrying it up the ladder and is thus not visible in the picture.

Ronnie (on the right) is our Service Manager and is in the upstairs bedroom providing service to the customer and is thus not visible in the picture.  The customer's husband was not at home and is thus not visible in the picture.
