I guessing more of a lot of things:  more clothes on the females, more pics of men, more pets and animals, etc.

Form my experience (being a moderator myself), I would think that a global moderator would not have the same powers as an administrator (which is what Bill is). A moderator can delete, edit and close threads, but can not ban members.
