I've been trying to get a wiring diagram from them for a week now.
I've called their tech support people (all two of them) three times a day since last Friday. Last week they kept telling me they were e-mailing the diagram right away. It never came. This week I asked them to please just fax it to me, it hasn't come. My last wait time was almost 30 minutes before I was able to get through.
I'm just trying to help someone fix this spa so I can sell them a new one, however just think if I were a feild tech working on a Cal Spa. Cal Spas doesn't know I'm not out in the feild waiting for this document.
If this is the new and improved Cal Spas, someone should have clued in the tech support department.
