I'll play nice.  (I have been to Canada: Halifax, Prince Edward Island, Rimouski, Montreal, Quebec.  We stayed in youth hostels on a road trip in the early 70's.  PEI was terrific, and to Vancouver on a different road trip).  



Yes, Tman the Black Hills are an exception in SD.  I actually had a good time in the Badlands, too.

To anyone else's part of the country I may offend, I had a good time there too.

Growing up in upstate NY and going to school just accross the border (Canton/Potsdam area, NY) from our Northerly friends I've always appreciated the fact that it's nice to have a close cousin next door. When I was younger we would cross over from time to time to get some beer and maybe check out a few of the bars (the type with entertainment usually, another area beside beer where you seemed to excel). However, while we have some fun city names down here I was always struck with some of the names up city North and as a whole I'm not sure we compete in this area well.

"As far as me saying it's not arrogance if you can back it up. My whole life I have been titled as cocky, arrogant, or whatever else you want to call it. I call it self confidence and it has gotten this 24 yr old pretty far in life. I'm part owner of a million dollar business that has been growing ever since I started w/ them. So what I'm trying to say is that my "arrogance" comes from me working my a$$ off my whole life to get what I wanted. I came from a very poor family growing up. I will do whatever it takes, so I will never have to live like that again.  Even if it means coming off as arrogant.
