Can anyone lead me to the LED lights for a Marquis spa? I think the bulb base is GE #918

I know marquis dealers sale them, but the price is kinda out of sight.

How about this one I found on eBay?

Also, how do these things work anyway?

On mine you push the button once and it starts cylcing through the colors slowly changing and fading from one to the next. Then you push the button again and it goes off, then push again and the first color comes on and stays that color. Then off and back on and the next color and so on through all the colors until your back to the one that cycles through. When you turn it off and leave it for a while it starts at the cycle fade one again the next time you use it.

Make sure your tub has a signle non dimming light currently and is the standered round tub light. Just turn your socket slightly to remove your old bulb (sounds easy but it could be way up back there behind the equipment) and replace it with the new bulb and plug it back in.

Are you pleased with the light, or is it just a novelty that quickly wore off?

Right now we have the standard white light that has a blue and red cover that can be placed over it. So far, we stay with the blue cover because we have a white shell and the blue gives it a beautiful look.

I think the color led lights are far worth the price. The ambience that the colors gives the water is just so relaxing. i mostly keep it on the blues or the greens cause those are my favorite colors! But yes I would recomend the Color LED light from your marquis dealership. they may be expensive but they are worth the price!
