If you can't sell it on eBay, it may not even qualify as landfill.

Retired (mostly) from the industry after 33 years...but still putzing around with a consumer information website, and trying to sell obsolete owners manuals

I never thought I'd see 'Cities of Catan' being played in a hot tub  ::)

At least they didn't put a 4th person in the spa. That game stinks with 4 people

It's actually called Settlers of Catan and it's a great game.  I've often thought playing games in the tub would be fun but the last thing I'd want to do is ruin the game because some of the pieces got wet.

Most of us are familiar with Monopoly and Risk.  Frankly, they are pretty boring when compared to other games that are out there.  Settlers is a personal favorite, as is Carcassonne, Ticket to Ride, Havoc, EuroRails and Elfenland, to name a few.  These tend to be more strategy games and they also tend to lack the "boredom at the end of the game" often seen in American board games.  The definitive source for info on virtually any board game ever invented is here:  http://www.boardgamegeek.com/

The max time I can spend in the tub is about 30 minutes.  It is set at 101 but the temperature swing allows it to range from 99 to 101.  After 30 minutes or so, it starts to get uncomfortable.

I'm in the tub to relax and heal.  The game would probably be more hassle than it's worth.

How long does it take to play the game?
