2006 HotSpring Jetsetter

I was going through my pictures from the dealer conference in Palm Springs and I found a picture of the new HS Jetsetter in the Sterling Marble finish.  Sorry the quality isn't very good as I had my camera settings wrong.

I like that new color.
Is the new jetsetter bigger or taller tan the 05?
Do you know which jets are on the opposite side not pictured?

Thanks

It's the same height (29"), but they made it 4" wider to 5'6" x 6'10" long.

I believe there is a rotary jet and a hydro-massage jet on the other side.  It no longer has the Soothing Seven jets.

So when is hotsprings going to update their website with the 2006 models. It is Feb already. Are you dealers displaying the 2006's in your showrooms already or not?

Website is overgoing a complete overhaul to reflect the new corporate image.  Should be completed shortly.

We will have the 2006's in about a week.  I imagine some of the larger dealers already have them.  I can't wait!!!  They are beautiful!

I had an '06 Jetsetter and Envoy show up in a shipment we received on Monday. I had people waiting to see them. We couldn't get them onto the showroom in time - so I walked the customers out into the warehouse and we pulled the wrappings off the spas. Each customer bought on the spot, and I am once again waiting for next week's shipment to get them on the floor.

We did manage to get a new Accolade onto the floor. . .

I see HS figured out what Sundance's best selling shell color is!!

P.S. It's Platinum not "Sterling Marble"  ;D

I see that Sundance hasn’t figured out what Hotspring’s best selling color happens to be…

I'm sure it isn't that beautiful shade of copper that they came out with in '04 - Puke!!

My guess is Pearl 'cause that's the #1 by far at the dealer I used to work for.

First stainless jets, now offering Platinum shells!! HS is a great tub but always lacked in the "sex appeal". Looks like they are making an effort to change that by dressing up like their tres sexy rival!!! Sundance ;D

For a very long time the local HS sales people wanted HS to catch up with the times and offer what they were loosing business to and it wasn't just SD.  For a very long time, many of the leading Hot Tub manufacturers resisted fancy lighting, waterfalls, stereos and "flashy" shells.  You might call it complacency, but those that don't change soon are left behind, or at the very least loose sales to the competitors.  Today, it seems they all offer fancy lighting, stereos, waterfalls or features, and water maintenance upgrades.

HS is a very good product, and a formidable competitor not to be taken lightly, but it's marketing concepts have taken a radical change to offer a many things that have not been available in that manufactured product before.  It's kind of like Ford saying you can have any color, as long as it's black.  They changed their thinking and so has HS.

Personally, I think the visual affect will certainly increase their curb appeal to the shopping consumer, otherwise they would still be telling us how attractive and how great endural is.  Try taking a louisville slugger to their new pearl, well maybe not.

I think the jetsetter that East Tx has posted looks very good and will turn some heads.  It's got the flash and the sparkle of light and stainless steel, more like their competitors.  There must have been a reason for corporate minds to change from their old way of thinking. ;)
