They are just not as prevelent as some of the other manufacturers throughout the rest of the country.  They have a ton of customers in the SE US.  There are a few owners on this board that seem to be quite happy with their purchase.  Lot of features for a medium to medium high price range spa.    ;)

What kind of info would you like on the Vita Spas?

How do they compare to HS, MS, Sundance, Marquis....we will be making the rounds this weekend and hopefully a decision.  We have budgeted about 12K for a spa (hope not to pay that).  For that amount of money who would you recommend?

You can tell us how they compared to you after you wet test all the above mentioned brands.  As far as your budget???  You can always spend 7-9K and contribute the remaining money to the "Help Feed Pkud Foundation" ;D

Since you asked, Hot Springs, Sundance, Marquis, Caldera and D1 would be my top 5. Take your time, get to know the dealer/manufacturer, wet test and then wet test again.

As everyone will tell you, test soak....  You probably can not go wrong with any of those spa brands.  I can speak for Vita, because i sell the Vita Spa for the past 5 years.  I also sold Marquis and arctic before coming to work for Vita.  Good luck on the spa shopping this weekend.   :D

I've gotten feedback from prior Vita owners that their sap wasn't very energy efficient because of the oversized pumps but its gotta a lot of kick to it. The filtration system on these spas is mediaocre, but so is the price...
