Problems with the HS 2005 Vanguard

 ??? 2 pumps aren't any good if they don't work!  Since delivery on march 24,  the dealer cannot get the "clean" button or "jets 2" to work (3 trips, new circuit board and new control panel); the electrician came yesterday to recheck his work (all OK there)--hopefully the HS Tech can help today.  Anyone else have this problem?  Thanks--will keep you all posted.   ???

    Getting the Bugs out!  
   HS had the wrong switch settings printed on the inside cover of the control box! (probably the old settings for the 2004 model--the new model has 2 pumps).
   Once they told the dealer the correct setting, all seems fine.  We'll finally get to try it out today!    :) :) :D

    Yes, its been 3 days now since the correct settings were connected and all is well!  We are very, very happy with the 2005 Vanguard, its size is very comfortable for 5-6 people and the jets are great!   :) :)

I'm sure your post and experience will help others. As a former QC Manager for a high tech company,  this is a big error, but how a quality company responds to such an error says a lot. Hopefully all dealers have been notified.  (This wouldn't have gotten past me!)
