Has anyone else gotten spam recently from hydrospas? I haven't sent spa inquiries out or really gone to any manufacturers sites (and I know not hydrospas) in over 6 months but I just got something from Hank Thomas over at hydrospas.

Just wondering if manufacturers were trolling through e-mail accounts on these and other boards.

A number of people have received them, it seem like he and Bill Becker of Adventure Spas of Camden NJ are back together again so the consciences is Buyer Beware.

Yeah, that is what is so odd, as my e-mail isn't public either.  Our e-mail addr's aren't being farmed out are they?

Well, I would certainly HOPE that it does not. Maybe these were old accounts from other places and they just send stuff out randomly. That's why I wanted to know if others on this forum were getting messages.

I e-mailed them asking where they got the address from.

Initially my email was public, then I changed it months ago. I haven't seen this message yet.

I got a message back from Hank saying that I had been removed from the "database".  No telling where they gathered the information.  Probably from 6+ months ago when searching for a tub.

It's good to know it probably was not picked up from here!
