Basic question

So let’s just say I’ve neglected my tub for a little while and I need to do all the things. I need to add Spa Up, I need to shock the water, and I need to add sanitizer. What’s the best order in which I should do these tasks? Does it even matter?

It doesn't really matter but I think technically it should be ph, sanitizer, then shock.  However, depending upon how old and bad the water is, you're better off just draining and refilling.  Probably should also do a system purge with Ahh-some or Serum total cleanse (same thing, different label) and a healthy dose of chlorine prior to draining.
